Design Notes
This part has a strong E. coli RBS followed by a 6-bp spacer and the sequence for the Bxb1 integrase.

The Bxb1 integrase from the cited paper was used as the gene in this construct, the spacer is an arbitrary sequence of 6 base pairs, and the RBS is a strong E.coli RBS found on the parts registry.
